Tips & Notes
The transfer may take several hours depending on the amount of data. You’ll receive an email once the process is complete.
-
This process creates a copy of your data—your original files remain in your Hope College account.
-
Documents someone else shared with you will transfer as view-only unless you change ownership before transferring.
-
Are you the owner of shared content? Be sure to move that to a shared drive or give ownership to someone else before leaving.
-
Make sure to complete the transfer before your Hope account is deactivated.
